Creep Scores and Junglers

Every once in a while, the CS scores in tab fail to update. I've noticed this happening most with Junglers, for example they'd be gank top with a grand total of 4 CS 15 minutes into the game, disappear, and then 30 seconds later if you see them again their CS score updates to some 40+ CS.
