Yeah, Fiora is able to block Ignite and Exhaust and others like that. I doubt it is intended for her to block literally everything (and when I mean block exhaust/ignite, im talking about using it on her parry and it will not start off). Hopefully this isn't intended, if it is though, time to start playing Urgot more....
