Sound Bug: Gold drop, Level up and recall is very loud...

I normaly play League with very low sound settings and still do, but since the latest patch, Gold drops, Level up and the recall sound are freaking loud...

Anyone else has this problem?

How did this make it to live??

I reported this cancerous bug on PBE the second I realized it.

The only sound bar that controls it is master volume, so the only fix is to mute all of your game sounds....

Same problem here, I thought it was my headphones at first or my computer but that wasn't the case.
