No ping or FPS in-game after patch update

I noticed I don't see my ping or fps in-game after this patch update. And now after the update the client acts like I've finished a game and the client is reloading whenever I login or at random times. And after a game is finished it goes to home screen for a second before coming to the honor screen. Lastly sometimes the friends-list appears blank as well. All of this occured right after I updated the most recent patch.
