[Client] Korean names don't display properly, mess with Club Names

I could see Gragas's name in the chat, but it wasn't showing up anywhere else in the client (in game it showed up as [?][?][?], but it was still there)

What's interesting is that it changed his Club name. His club started out as "POMDM", but then changed during champ select to "r/kms"
