Last Breath/Wind Wall and their Interactions

So, let's talk Yasuo. He's got a lot of problems, from being incredibly overpowered with just two items to having a multitude of bugs across his spells. I have three that I want to talk about, but only two would fit in the title. First up, Steel Tempest. Steel Tempest is, I quote,

> Treated as a basic attack. This means it can critically strike, apply on-hit effects, and its cooldown is affected by attack speed.

Alright, cool. That's a unique ability, you won't find anything like it on any other champion. Not even Ezreal, since it's not treated as a basic attack, it just applies on-hit. However, it's treated as a basic attack, right? Well, then why does Sivir's spellshield block it? I don't see Sivir's spellshield blocking any other autoattacks. If you throw a Miss Fortune autoattack at her, spellshield won't do anything. But Yasuo's Steel Tempest (without any stacks of Gathering Storm) will still be treated as a spell instead of a basic attack. It isn't really anything that's massive to his gameplay, it doesn't detract from his ability to fight, but it's annoying.

Next, we have Wind Wall. Now, I remember on Yasuo's release, Riot went in-depth on how hard it was to code this thing. Like, "Projectiles on the other side of the map were vanishing and we couldn't figure out why" levels of spaghetticode. And for the most part, things have been fixed! However there is a problem. I'm fairly certain this is a recent bug, perhaps it was an intentional unmentioned change but I'm considering it a bug. If you play Yasuo a lot, a big part of your strength comes in reactions to projectiles, namely your reflexes on throwing your windwall up to block things. But I find that more often than not, it won't block it. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the projectile passing the end point of the wall (Being that the wall slides out from you and stops about 1 teemo away from you), or if it's just the wall malfunctioning, but I often find myself being hit by and dying to projectiles I've windwalled. I do remember playing Yasuo when he first came out, and from the moment the wall came in to existence starting from Yasuo's feet to the moment it despawned, it would block any and all projectiles.

Finally... Last Breath. Wow, this ability is highly inconsistent when it comes to towers and the fountain laser. Now, I've tested this in bot games so I know where the tower radius ends, and once plays.tv starts cooperating I'll upload the two clips of Last Breath doing this, but oftentimes when you ult someone under tower it'll make as much room as it possibly can to keep you out of tower range. Like, hilarious distance levels of room. But come the fountain laser, it doesn't recognize it at all, and even if your targets aren't in their fountain, Last Breath will put you inside of it. I think this is heavily problematic, since it denies numerous plays and regularly results in a death not due to poor judgement, but due to inconsistencies in the ultimate's interactions with the towers.
