Random freezing/alt tab thing

Been happening in 2 total games i have, LoL, and WoW. Pub, r6, fortnite etc, no issues.

What happens is the screen will freeze for like 5-7 seconds, it'll then alt tab out of the game by itself for like half a second, then it'll be back in the game like nothing happened. Sometimes it black screens when it does this.

I just want to make it perfectly clear that no, i am not alt tabbing, im not hitting the windows key, its not sticky keys, or anything stupid and obvious like that.

Iv'e tried re-installing gpu drivers, made sure windows 10 is up to date, did a virus scan, checked temperatures etc, all the simple easy obvious stuff is not causing this.

Please help... I'm tired of dying because of this crap. I'll just be in lane then BLOOP, black screen/freeze, dead.

it's a client bug i think. either that or your graphic driver has an issue with compatibility... or your computer is overheating.

if your computer overheats sometimes the gpu shuts down so the computer can cool off. listen to your pc and see if the fan is either making a lot of noise or not making any at all. if either of those are the case it's very possible that your pc is overheating. if it is overheating consider finding out why. it could be dust in the fan. it could be that the fan is too weak. it could be worn out heat sinks. it could be friction from damaged parts. it could be that you're playing in a room that is too hot and poorly ventilated. it could be that you just need to swap to an inter-cooler. or it could be something else entirely that has nothing to do with heat at all.

Same issue. Not sure what patch it started in, but it's super annoying since sometimes I need to tab to check on something, and have to wait 5-8 seconds for it to finally decide it wants to bring the game's window up.
