Not getting Token for S rank at 5 or 6

I JUST got a normal S rank for a champion who I need only one more token to mastery up and for no reason at all, I just get no token. This has actually been happening a lot with champions at 5 and 6 and I thought it would get patched but the issue is continuing and is really annoying. Doesn't matter what game mode it is, SR or ARAM, I will just random get or not get tokens for S or S+ games with champions who only have one token collected so far and are at rank 5 or 6. Please at some point fix this.

Well first off, you cant get tokens in arams

First, only SR gives tokens.

Second, you only get tokens for being Level 5 or 6. Meaning, if you just hit 5 and saw the Token popup it doesn't mean you could earn the token in that same match, you have to play another one while being level 5

At level 5 you need an -S, S or S+ At level 6 you need and S or S+

So for some of those maybe you didn't get the grade you thought?
