The support site doesn't work for mobile devices

Whenever I use my Asus laptop to get on the support website, it works just fine. However, if I get an email when I'm away from it and I just want to check on my ticket's update, I cannot. I just click support, it stays on the site for four seconds, and then returns to service status. And before you ask, I tried this many times. It's as surefire as getting flamed for not ganking a doomed lane.
