Pantheon passve stopped Voli Q

After attacking or casting spells 4 times, Pantheon will block the next incoming basic attack or turret attack.

And yet, it stopped me from flipping him when it activated. That is total nonsense. I think I've seen it stop other forms of CC and abilities in other games too.

So, WTF?
