Super Blinks

i have noticed a lot of the time the mini map will bug out (especially on nidalee) show them in one spot then they blink to where they really are normally i wouldn't care but its at the point now where they themselves are blinking not just on the mini map but the champion themselves most recently was against a nidalee my friend went to kill her and was chasing around the bushes top lane when when he entered the bush we both saw her on screen then out of nowhere she visibly jumped to tops T2 tower she disappeared from our screen and we saw her on the mini map running into the jungle
