Recurring bug where i cant use my skills.

I keep getting this bug where my skills dont respond to the commands and i have to re load my client. Whenever it occurs i cant level any skills unless i click the little plus, i cant activate the skill with the button, again i have to click it, i cant control the camera with space or Y, i dont know why this keeps happening but its happened 3/5 games today and has been happening all last week.
