No game screen is showing

Hi;

When I start a game, after champ select, the client closes, the 2nd game client doesn't show as it supposed to. Instead, I see "game is still in progress" message, I have to logout and log in again to get me to loading screen.

This issue been since patch 9.14

Yup that happens to me too except that even when i log back in, the screen still says 'game is still in progress'
