Draven Day Icons Still Not Recieved?

Since I haven't seen anyone bring this up in awhile, I can assume Riot is done sending out the icon reward waves now? If so, I have yet to receive the icons still; and if the waves are not yet finished then I apologize for this post. I haven't heard any form of information on that in awhile and would like to know I didn't spend money towards blind promises, you know lol?
