Rengar ferocity passive bug

I tried to get in-game footage but It doesn't show the cd of Rengar's passive. Basically, after Rengar gets 4 stacks of ferocity, the cd is supposed to be 8 seconds out of combat until it expires but, the ferocity expired 6 seconds everytime. It really fucked me up and I did worse than I would normally do. Please look into it!

Do you get 8 seconds from in game or from wikia? Wikia is unofficial sadly, but sometimes way more accurate than Riot's ingame lol
