[HELP] LAPTOP FREEZES DURING GAME

Hello So,recently my laptop started freezing during games. The whole screen freezes,my mouse as well,there is no sound and the only solution is to forcefully shut down my laptop. The fps and pig are normal.Nothing unusual.It's started yesterday out of the blue and has happened in nearly all the games. I even repaired the client.

Does anyone know what the cause of this issue might be or how to solve it? I've read it might overheating,but laptop doesn't feel hot at all and I've tried using a stand with a small fan to cool it underneath ( cooling stand) . The issue however still occurred. Help?
