Whats up with all the bugs

I'm about to be banned for dodging when my client keeps crashing in champ select. I'm about to reinstall. Last night my client would open then just go black. This morning my client froze in champ select twice once before I restarted my computer once after. My network connectivity is fine. My PC is fine I was just running Ableton Live 10 Suite with no problems at all. It's my League files. The game has been super buggy after I updated last night.
