[Gameplay] Akali's dash slows down when colliding with walls, turrets, inhibitors, rubble.

This bug existed since the introduction of the strikethrough in 5.9, since this behavior never existed under her old dash. The bug causes the dash speed to slows the dash down whenever there is no room for the strikethrough to travel due to a collision at the end of the dash from walls, turrets, inhibitors, and even destroyed structures i.e. rubble of a turret/inhibitor destroyed. It also happens with the nexus as well.

What should happen is that the dash travels at a consistent speed at all times, and when it cannot travel any further due to a wall, etc, it should stop the dash earlier in its path flight. Currently, this doesn't happen since the speed of the dash varies based if the target is standing near something that Akali could collide with.

** TLDR: Akali's dash should not get slowed down if it hits a wall, turret, inhibitor, nexus, destroyed rubble, etc at the end of the dash.**

Yup, noticed that too. Before 6.3 changes though, it was much more obvious because of the slower dash in general. Sometimes Akali would dash like matrix-slow motion if someone was standing near a turret rubble. (Happened to me during a game in that Poro King mode).
