Can riot audit my IP

ive had this bug going on for at least a month now where my IP is about 100 below what the display says it is. Ive been buying champion shards with IP whenever possible and i always try to buy when i breach the 1700 threshold but i never can until i play one more match, even if a day has passed.

This is currently a bug on the Beta Client which is being looked into. Please utilize the Legacy Client to make your purchases.
