[Client] Has Riot Fixed the Ranked Decay Warning Yet?

A large part of the reason I quit this game was because I was deceived by this system, which apparently only works sometimes.

As the first two times I was going to decay, I got a warning notification, I stopped keeping complete track of the number of days left and instead logged on daily to see if I got the warning (usually pops with 9-10 days left).

The warning never popped up, and it was the last week of the ranked season so I assumed I had at least one week left. The very next day I log on to find that I ranked decayed out of diamond into Plat, and I wasn't left enough time to possibly re-earn my status, especially given my panicked-tilt due to the unexpected decay.

I've mostly gotten over this, despite still feeling... cheated for lack of a better word... but I don't believe they ever fixed this and I'd greatly appreciate confirmation one way or another.

I'd test this myself this season, but I don't have a month to waste waiting around.
