Pretty self-explanatory - W fire particles aren't showing up at all so there's no visual representation of Mundo's W. The sound effects still come through, and the damage still happens, but it's invisible.

It's happening to me too! Can barely even use him now... Riot said it seems to be a packet loss issue currently still trying to resolve it. -_-
