{GAMEPLAY} Broken gragas Q

This only happened once, but one time when i was playing gragas i tried to use my q there was no barrel but my ability changed to the second part of the ability for detonation for the rest of the game and i just was unable to use the ability for the rest of the game. I forgot to take a screenshot though. I tried reconnecting but no dice. It just said 0 mana 0 second cooldown activate to detonate barrel (summarized, not word for word).
