Only 2 bans

I have noticed this weird bug lately where in draft it will completely skip one ban for one side or the other. it has nothing to do with the timer it just doesnt even acknowledge one teams turn to ban. the timer never even starts. Its like this: Team A bans a champ then Team B bans a champ, immediately after Team B bans another champ and Team A only gets to ban 2 champs.

anyone else seeing this?
