[Client Bug] Still have chatrooms instead of clubs

I'm currently on NA, but I saw in the patch notes that Clubs are out. I checked after patching and since I still had "chat rooms", I assumed it would come out sometime during that patch.

And then I saw some threads on the boards about club bugs, and I was thinking "I don't have any clubs bugs, because I don't have clubs".

I just logged into league 30 seconds before starting this thread, and I still have the chat rooms panel, identical in every way to the way it used to be.

Any explanation?
