depending on how many points into her E she has, that's about par for the course
Shyv ap scaling on her E is weird, especially in dragon form
normally it would take 3 full items to get that kind of impact but if there are squishy champions (with no mr items) then the little pen sorc shoes provide would be more than enough to tear through what little they do have and wreck someone
Dude she is level 12 and they are 9
Probably has double or close to 1.5 gold of jarv not to mention an infernal and he will have no mr
