Need help with this bug?

Game crashes every time 7-10 minutes into the game, also before it crashes once or twice my character stops moving while everyone else can and its pretty annoying

Help the bugsplat doesn't show all I can do is recconect and that takes good 3 to 4 minutes and often find myself dead by the time I reconnect. Already a month
