What Happened To My Game?

I'm actually really shocked right now, i got a really weird bug that never happened before but this was just super odd

So I was playing Karma support, cheese stole blue and Jax began running it down and we're crushing, the enemy tells us to end and we're trying, suddenly my game freezes and I cant move, at first i thought it may have been my laptop, my internet was fine, i could watch something on my laptop and it never said attempting to reconnect. I closed the client and opened it again, the client opened but upon attempting to reconnect to the game, i got the "Could not connect to servers, please try again" I tried several times and nothing happened. I was wondering if they ended the game without me hoping i still had time to reconnect so i check multiple online sources and they all said i was in game, i still couldn't connect so i checked everyone else's matches from the game and they were all still in the game 20 minutes later in a game that was extremely one sided and that should have ended in 5. I went to sleep not being able to play a game as it would always try to reconnect me but to no avail. It would have been a 60 minute game by that point which just isn't right for having a Jax literally running it down mid and their lack of a late game powerhouse (Except for Ashe and Ekko), i logged on just now and was glad to see the regular client screen and not the Reconnect button. I didn't have any afk checks or have to wait any timers and out of curiousity I went to my match history, IN THE CLIENT, and there's no Karma game, at all, there's no game for that and it doesn't show up on any website either (Lol king, noobplease, etc., etc.), it was a ranked game that shows up on no website or even the client match history

I am extremely confused as to what caused the disconnect but the fact that it doesn't even show up in my match history is really suspicious, it didn't even count as a game towards my promos either. Internet was working fine, so maybe it was the laptop but what about that prevents it from showing no traces of the game whatsoever? Has anyone ever had this before? It seemed odd for me to just lag like that out of nowhere, it literally froze, all sound and visuals stopped, at no point was i attempting to reconnect or have high ping, very odd, just looking for answers now. Yes, I am here to confirm the issues noted by Leo1024. I still have been unable to reconnect to this game and according to my friends account (that was in the same game when this issue had occurred) the game is currently running at 512+ minutes as I am writing this report right now.

As noted by Leo1024, I have been unable to find any end game recording of this game showing that the game is still somehow going on, preventing me or my friend from starting up any additional games. What is even more frustrating is that this had occurred on a ranked game. I have had these dis-connectivity issues before (game freezing, 500 ping, nothing progressing other than the time) but in the end I had always been able to reconnect and either see the end game results or continue on in the game.

Is there anyway to help finally end this game and to prevent such issues from occurring from later on, because I do not want such interruptions affecting my ranked play along with giving me potential punishments for the disconnections. Please report back to us Riot asap and thank you for looking over our reports.

I just had the exact same issue in ARAM

Internet connection is fine

Got the attempting to reconnect

Left game, hoping to reconnect

When I logged back in.. it was like the game I was in never existed... not in match history... no penalties for leaving... and I was immediately able to join another ARAM
