Unable to use undo button in shop

Sometimes the undo button in shop stops working without any reason. For example, I was gonna finish Redemption, but I accidentally bought an armor cloth. Then I wanted to undo but the button was blocked. I swear I didn't leave the fountain or anything like that. And that has not been the only time I've encountered the bug. In Aram I often sell all items in the end and buy tears, but if I notice the game is not done yet I'll switch back my real items. Unfortunately the undo button doesn't always work and I've had to make it with troll items or sell and buy new ones...

Anyone else experiencing this bug?

I've had the same bug happen to me recently, though only once and so I havent been able to reproduce it. I believe I was playing darius at the time and I had died. During greyscreen, I bought a GIANTS BELT, but changed my mind and wanted to un-do it to buy boots, but the UNDO button was indeed blocked, during greyscreen so theres no way I couldve had advantages due to it outside of fountain.

If any type of damage happens that you caused you won't be able to undo items. Teemo and his shrooms are a very good example of this. So champions who have bleed, poison, or traps can have this happen to them really easily. Also items like liandrys and the keystone mastery deathfiregrasp.

I've experienced this bug along with the shop selling items without my consent. Just returning to fountain sometimes, I will lose an item. I get the gold for the replaced item( as if I sold it, but I didn't) , but this is extremely annoying. My items should not sell if I did not sell them. I've noticed the bug mainly, when building abyssal scepter. But it has happened randomly at recall moments as well. It's frustrating because its a set back. For example, having completed two full items recalling to purchase a 3rd core and as soon I make it to the fountain the shop has sold 1 or even 2 of my items. And won't let me undo or get them back without wasting the gold I have built up that was supposed to be used to purchase my 3rd core item. Please hot fix this.. Has happened on numerous occasions and the bug listed in the post.
