In specific situations (I don't know how to reproduce the bug, it just happens), Riven's E becomes unavailable UNTIL you use your Q, which then releases the lock on E. I think this is a major gameplay issue with Riven, since every ability with riven counts when you engage in a fight.

Riven's E does lock in specific cases.
