Client re-sizing bug

So, only recently this has started happening to me. I've done research (read Googled it) and messed with all kinds of random settings to try and figure it out, but have yet to see anything.

Basically my client is re-sizing itself and refuses to keep the previous size I had it to, even if I manually re-size it.

Here's what I mean:

Re-sized client as soon as I hit Launch: http://i64.tinypic.com/wmyol.png

It doesn't impact me in-game and I could live with it. But it is still an annoyance and would be nice to have the old size back.
