[Graphics] Severe (unplayable) flickering and graphics glitches during games.

Hi Riot, please add support for AMD's Crossfire graphics card settings for League of Legends. Enabling two or more video cards with the Crossfire option makes the game basically unplayable with shadows and FOW flickering. It also makes the menus tear and become unreadable.

I'm using two HD 7870s from AMD with Crossfire. I had to manually disable one of them for LeagueofLegends.exe in the game_client folder in order to remove this bug.

It might also be present with NVidia's SLI setting, but I cannot test this.
