iBlitzcrank skin bug. Grab radius too large. Includes video and picture.

I have been hearing that this skin is bugged, but I wasn't sure if it was true until today. This grab on me was far beyond the hitbox of this Blitzcrank and he got me anyway, resulting in my death and probably a ton of my other teammates that game. He was nailing hooks left and right.

This is kind of infuriating. Bugs like this, which have clearly been reported by others, are gamebreaking, and yet the skin isn't disabled? Come on...
