[CRASHED] Connecting to game via DirectX

Hello, Avi here, I had tried just now 12/21/2014 at 11:25 to play solo que ranked 5v5, Champion select had gone fine, and when I get to the load screen, it completely blocks me out, I have to open up task manager and it says something about my Video Card, and DirectX, even though my Video card is performing fine and DirectX is updated and stuff. Please, if you could, find a fix for this.
