Fix your terrible launcher

Seriously, I can't even change my runes during champion select, how am I supposed to win games if when counterpicked/my champ gets banned, I am unable to adapt to the change. Riot, fix your trashy launcher, you guys make hundreds of millions a year and you fail to keep your launcher itself from being riddled with trash.
