and no S class however the 7/7/21 
got S this does not make sense as i carried the whole game not . PLz lemme know if this is a bug or if the algorithm is suppose to do that

Happens all the time. So many times i've gone 20/2/15, have broken most towers if not all myself, and i'll get A+ if lucky. I remember reading that it depends on the champ's average.
Might be because Ekko has been pretty nuts lately and so his average is insanely high. It usually happens to me on Quinn (granted, often my cs is lower on Quinn due to roaming) and i'm not really sure on Quinn, I guess Quinn tends to carry if she does anything at all so maybe the average is high for her also.
Your CS was really bad. The ranking system compares YOUR Ekko game with the stats of other Ekko players in the region. Most likely, for a 30 minute game, you should have at least DOUBLE that CS.
I've heard that the algorithm includes how well others in your role and champion do. With the newest Ekko builds, people are generally doing extremely well on Ekko, which could be why you didn't get an S but Blitzcrank did.
