Bug in login screen that i cant fix

Whenever i try to login on the screen, it will say "certificate for this site is expired or not valid." I try disabling the "check for certificate" option, but it still shows up! When i click "proceed anyway", it just pops up again and again until the whole thing closes! I have re-installed the game and done everything i could think of! I can get on to any other game but this one!
