I don't use any 3rd party softwares like curse voice or custom skins, just the regular game client.

This happens relatively frequently and shouldn't keep reoccurring for each game you play. I searched the forums a bit but couldn't find the cause. I would guess it's just a default for when the game has an error retrieving end-game data.
