Nami E Not Proccing Comet

Nami's E will add a stack of Manaflow band but will not proc Comet.

Both Manflow and Comet have the same tooltip (are supposed to proc when damaging an enemy champion with an ability)... so unsure why only manaflow works and not Comet.

Tested by casting E on self then auto attacking a champion.

It's probably a bug that her E can proc Manaflow Band, and not that it can't proc Comet.

Nami's E also does not proc Luidens or Liandry. It seems that Manaflow is the only thing it procs?
