Kled and Locket interaction

Since it recently came up again on the Kledmains subreddit, I thought it would be best to check if this bug has been noticed by riot.

The bug is basically that since locket changed to scale with bonus health, Kled has gotten no extra shield value from bonus health. It should be easily reproduce-able by going into a test game and buying locket as well as a HP item on Kled. I assume it has something to do with how Skaarl's health is calculated.

If we could get an update on this it would be nice, since it is a decent option for kled to bring some utility to the time while also giving him extra safety for remounting.
