Spectator Mode, please fix it! :(

Seriously, I think it was ever since patch whatever when you took out the p2p software thing I've like never been able to view games that I'm not in. I'll either get a blank screen that say spectator data failed to load, the game will crash, the spectator will just exit for no reason, and so on.

Also getting this problem even after a repair and a reinstall. I have all ports related to league opened and even tried disabling my firewall still received this error.
