Champ Selection Bug (Showing Pick Intent?)

So this only happens with the first person banning a champion.

If you notice, they aren't actually hovering a champion but it,s reading "Anivia" at the top. I've noticed this before with other champion names and even some that wouldn't get banned 99.99% of the time (I'm looking at you Urgot and Yorick).

I don't know if it's actually showing pick intent or just random champion names.
