PROJECT 2015 skin border bug is back!

A couple months ago there was a bug, where by owning the icons for PROJECT: Zed, Yasuo, Leona, Master Yi, Lucian, and Fiora, you could get the border. It was fixed within a couple patches.

Bug is back! I currently have the Leona, Fiora, and Yi borders when I shouldn't. Fix please :)

Alot of people also has Dawnbringer Riven border while they shouldnt have it. They dont even own the icon.

Yeah there's border issues all around from patch to patch. Sometimes they appear, sometimes they don't.. sometimes you have them when you shouldn't. They just seem to have a few coding issues when it comes to those things.
