It says you gain a shield on stuns snares taunts or knock ups

but its also procing on fears

I just went into a game as shaco and my masteries didn't change. I thought I was screwed as I had CoC however it was procing on my boxes fear

I don't know if its intentional or not, if it is the description needs a fix. if not the skill its self needs a fix

as it says

"Gain a shield for 3-54 (plus 5 % of your maximum health) for each near by enemy champion for 3 seconds after hitting an enemy champion with a stun, taunt, snare or knock up (45 - 30 second cd, based on level)"

literally nothing in it even implies a fear would proc it.
