Log in, update, try to play acension, game crash, now PW isn't working

So after champ select in Ascension my game went to a 'relog' button/screen. When I pushed that button i was told I was missing some kind of DLL program and needed to reinstall. Now I can't log into the client, my PW keeps getting rejected (same PW I use to log into forums).

WTF mates? Currently trying to download hextech repair tool.

Repair tool Downloaded, forcing a repatch.
