Can't spectate featured games is it Comcast?

I havent been able to spectate all day. When I click watch it starts normally, screen maximizes but then stays black. Game will never load and eventually where it would say "the game has crashed" it instead says "the game is in progress."

Also coinciding with the above, the little window that previews the games disconnects and makes me click refresh waaaay more than normal.

All this seems to have started when I switched to comcast. Im not 100% sure that there were no issues soon before the switch so Im less confident pointing the finger at comcast. Can anyone give me some insight?
