[CLIENT] Can't edit Item Sets

I edit my item sets every day, but today I can no longer edit them.

What I can do: Create and name Item Sets and Blocks. View Item stats. Remove items one at a time(either with a right-click as normal or by attempting to move them) from the sets/blocks.

What I can't do: Add items to Item Sets/Blocks. Move items within Blocks or to other Blocks.

So all I can do is make empty sets and blocks, which is pointless. What happens if I try to move items that are already in sets/blocks? They get removed(completely deleted from the set). I have tried closing the Client and opening it up again but the issue is persisting.

Edit: playing a game(with a different champ, not sure if that matters) seemed to make the bug go away.

To reproduce the bug my guess is that you must: try to edit an item build of a champ you just played.

Recent edit: it is working for the moment and on top of that the item descriptions have recently been updated so I know what they do. I can assume that this happened around the time when they made the recent changes to adding the Summoner's Rift items to Twisted Treeline.

On a related note, there seems to be a visual bug with the item descriptions where the items that are only available on specific maps don't have their note, but the other items next to them in the list have the note instead. Also, I don't think the note is added properly since it doesn't list any maps, it's just "This item is not available on the following maps:" and that's it. Not really a big deal though and it reminds me of the champion page showing the wrong champion portrait sometimes although in this case it's not sometimes but all the time.
