Missing voice clips from Blood Lord Vladimir

Specifically the ones he used when casting Q and E. I don't know if this intended or not. If it is, it would be really nice if he used them again.

It used to be so cool. After the rework, he had a bug and used classic vlad's voice clips on his Q and E. Instead of replacing them with Blood Lord's clips, Rito removed them entirely. No idea if this is a bug or intended, but it would be really nice if they added them again.

dont hold your breath, Quinn's snow skin has been bugged for a year (recall sound plays twice) and Arcade Hecarim has been broken for AT LEAST 3 YEARS. The recall lost it's last note in either Season 3 or very early Season 4, I report it over and over and Riot dont care.

That's sad.
