Missing voice clips from Blood Lord Vladimir
Specifically the ones he used when casting Q and E. I don't know if this intended or not. If it is, it would be really nice if he used them again.

Same with me, just got it and the skin is underwhelming af
dont hold your breath, Quinn's snow skin has been bugged for a year (recall sound plays twice) and Arcade Hecarim has been broken for AT LEAST 3 YEARS. The recall lost it's last note in either Season 3 or very early Season 4, I report it over and over and Riot dont care.
