Tiamat does not proc Phase Rush!
The active does not count as a separate damage. Please fix this!
If this is intended, then change it so that the active counts as one of the 3 damages needed to proc it.

Its intended and it wont change. They literaly reworked TDL and SSR to prevent shit like this to happen.
