No End Screen on Spectate

Currently when spectating a game and one team wins (noticed when Blue loses unsure on Purple) the game never "ends." You have to hit escape and then exit instead of the old way of it throwing up a "Victory Screen."

Steps to reproduce: Spectate a game until it ends. Notice there is no Victory Screen. Manually exit game.
