[Gameplay] Pantheon ignores Event Horizon

Just noticed this because it's so rare to see Pantheon in games anymore, but this is a bug nonetheless. Pantheon using his stun will go through a fully formed Veigar E and not leave him stunned. I have seen this several times in the last game where I threw Event Horizon around his center point for mandrop, and he jumped before landing and ignored the stun entirely. Likewise for throwing it around myself and getting tower dived with no care paid to the stun, and the stun not triggering on him.
